Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the mobile application (the “App”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
Apple End User License Agreement
This App is licensed, not sold, to you. Your use of the App is subject to Apple’s standard End User License Agreement (“EULA”), unless a custom license agreement is provided.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Use and Apple’s End User License Agreement, Apple’s EULA shall prevail.
1. Use of the App
The App provides users with access to ancestry-related insights, heritage interpretations, and other informational and entertainment-based features.
The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to use the App for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
2. No Professional or Scientific Advice
The App does not provide medical, genetic, legal, or professional advice.
Any ancestry, heritage, compatibility, or past-life information provided by the App is for informational and entertainment purposes only and should not be considered factual, scientific, or diagnostic.
You acknowledge that the App does not perform real DNA testing or genetic analysis.
3. User Content
You may choose to upload content, such as photos or text (“User Content”), to use certain features of the App.
By submitting User Content, you:
- Confirm that you own or have the necessary rights to the content
- Grant us a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content solely to provide the App’s features
We do not claim ownership over your User Content.
4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
The App may offer auto-renewable subscriptions and in-app purchases that provide access to premium features or additional content.
Payments are processed through Apple’s App Store. We do not manage or store payment information.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.
In-app purchases are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically.
5. Free Trials (if applicable)
If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert into a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial period ends. Trial availability and duration may vary and are determined by Apple.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, designs, text, graphics, logos, and software in the App are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the App or its content without prior written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of the App.
Use of the App is at your own risk.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will become effective when posted within the App or via the link provided in App Store Connect. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
