By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
MaxLooks is an AI-based appearance and style analysis app. The App may allow users to upload or capture photos and receive automated face ratings, attractiveness scores, facial feature insights, style suggestions, improvement tips, and related recommendations.
The App is intended for informational and entertainment purposes only. Results generated by the App are automated estimates and should not be treated as objective judgments, professional advice, or a reflection of personal value.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
If you are under the age of majority in your country or region, you may use the App only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
The App may allow you to upload, capture, submit, or otherwise provide photos, images, text, or other content (“User Content”).
You are solely responsible for the User Content you provide. You confirm that you have all necessary rights and permissions to upload and use such content in the App.

By uploading or submitting User Content to the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process, host, store, transmit, and analyze your User Content only as necessary to provide and improve the App’s functionality, generate results, provide support, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.
This license does not transfer ownership of your User Content to us.
The App may analyze visible facial features in uploaded or captured photos to generate scores, ratings, recommendations, or other AI-based outputs.
AI-generated results may be inaccurate, incomplete, subjective, or not suitable for your specific situation. You should not rely on the App as a source of professional, medical, psychological, dermatological, cosmetic, or lifestyle advice.
You understand and agree that any results, ratings, or scores are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.
The App does not provide medical, psychological, dermatological, cosmetic surgery, nutrition, fitness, or other professional advice.
Any recommendations provided by the App should not replace advice from qualified professionals. If you have concerns about your health, appearance, skin, mental well-being, or any medical condition, please consult a qualified professional.
The App may offer paid subscriptions, one-time purchases, premium features, or other paid content.
All purchases made through the App are processed by Apple through the App Store. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the time of confirmation of purchase.
If you purchase a subscription, it may automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
Your Apple ID account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period, according to the subscription plan you selected.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
We do not control Apple’s payment, renewal, cancellation, or refund processes.
The App may offer a free trial for certain subscription plans. The availability and duration of a free trial may vary.
If a free trial is offered, your subscription may automatically begin at the end of the trial period unless you cancel it before the trial ends.
You are responsible for managing and canceling your trial or subscription through your Apple ID settings.
Refund requests for purchases made through the App Store are handled by Apple according to Apple’s own policies. We do not have access to your full payment details and cannot directly issue refunds for App Store purchases.

The App, including its design, features, software, text, graphics, logos, icons, trademarks, and other content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, lease, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written permission.
The App may rely on third-party services for hosting, AI processing, analytics, crash reporting, subscription management, purchase processing, and other operational purposes.
We are not responsible for the availability, content, policies, or practices of third-party services, except as required by applicable law.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, store, and protect your information.
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without prior notice.
We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the App’s AI-generated results will be accurate, reliable, complete, useful, or suitable for your expectations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, emotional distress, or other damages arising from or related to your use of the App.
Your use of the App is at your own risk.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if we believe that you have violated these Terms, misused the App, created legal risk, or caused harm to other users, us, or third parties.
You may stop using the App at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the “Effective Date” at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the App after changes are posted means that you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
